Taking care of skin

When skin is exposed to sunlight, vitamine D is produced. Vitamine D is essential for absorption of calcium from food and calcium is required for formation of teeth, bone etc. Calcium also has many other functions. Best time to expose your skin to sunlight is morning. You can go out without the fear of tanning your skin. In winter season, apply cold cream on skin to prevent it from drying. If you skin is more sensitive to skin, you may have to apply cold cream two times. When going out in day time or playing outside (under son) for long time use sun-screen spray or ointment to prevent damaging effect of ultra-violate ray of sun.  Sun-screen spray or ointment can prevent formation of vitamine D by preventing/decreasing the exposure of skin to sun-light. Be care full if you go for tattoo. You may develop hepatitis (liver disease) or AIDS if infected needles were used. Development of unusual spot on skin may indicate development of any disease like leprosy or tuberculosis. In this case visit a doctor.
